This consultation is for projects that need precise technical drawings without a full design engagement. Custom cabinetry and millwork drawings, permit-ready plans for single-room remodels, builder coordination sets — we handle the documentation side so your project can move forward with clarity and accuracy.
This is not a path into full-service interior design. If you're looking for that, start with our Design Consultation instead.

WHAT WE CAN DOCUMENT
We work with builders, contractors, and homeowners directly on scopes that require detailed, buildable drawings. This includes custom cabinetry for kitchens, baths, laundry rooms, closets, and more, fireplace design, home or room layout modification options, permit-ready construction drawings for single-room projects, and concept renderings for visualization and builder coordination.
If you have a contractor in place and need a designer who can translate the vision into something they can actually build from, this is the right starting point.

THE PROCESS
You book with a $450 deposit, which holds your initial site visit and scope assessment. We come to the space, take measurements, review existing conditions, and get a clear picture of what the project requires. After that visit, we provide an hourly estimate for the full documentation scope, and a letter of agreement.
If you move forward, the full $450 credits toward your project retainer. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable.
The site visit and all project work beyond it is billed at $175/hour. Most single-space documentation scopes run 10 to 15 hours. Multi-space or permit set scopes typically run 20 to 40 hours pending design complexity and revisions needed. We estimate your specific range before any work begins.
