Every project starts here. Whether you are planning a full remodel, a new build, a furnishings project, or you are mid-process and need expert guidance, this is your first working session with us. Two focused hours to assess what you are working with and determine the right path forward.
We meet and walk through your space, look at anything you have already pulled together, and identify what is and is not working. This can serve as stand-alone consultation hours for help making decisions, or as the initial intake meeting for a full-service project, whether that is furnishings, a remodel, or a full buildout. From here, the meeting notes are developed into a project scope and service recommendation built around the path you choose. You leave with more than direction. You leave with a defined plan.

How It Works
Two-hour private session, in-person (virtual by request)
In-person sessions are available within 20 miles of Austin, TX. Travel beyond this area may require an additional trip fee.
A full written summary will be sent following the session, including notes, recommendations, and scope direction.
When the project moves forward, we provide a full-service breakdown and estimate built around your scope.
Policy
This fee reserves dedicated time and preparation and is non-refundable once booked. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be ineligible for another consultation.
This session does not include design development, drawings, specifications, purchasing, contractor coordination, or full budget estimating.
