Projects of this scale typically require 3–6 months of focused planning before construction begins, depending on the scope and complexity.

We collaborate with a trusted network of architects, engineers, builders, contractors, trades, and vendors. Whatever the scope, we’re able to assemble the right team to bring your project to life; smoothly, creatively, and with zero chaos.

CONSTRUCTION DESIGN ONLY

For homeowners working with an architect or builder, who need expert design decisions—minus the furniture.

We handle all aesthetic and functional decisions that drive a remodel or new build, including:

  • Space planning and detailed drawings

  • Materials, fixtures, finishes, and cabinetry

  • Lighting plans and specifications

  • Color palette development

  • Design oversight and project coordination

Ideal for clients who already have a preferred contractor or plan to layer in furnishings later. It’s full-service design, streamlined for construction. For partial remodels happening in phases, we’ll map everything out from the start, including demo, layout changes, and material quantities, so future phases are efficient, intentional, and free of waste or double work.

FURNISHINGS ONLY

(Whole Home • Single Room)

When your home doesn’t need construction, but it does deserve a fully considered, highly curated furnishing experience.

We design layered, soulful spaces through a mix of bespoke pieces, artisan-made work, thoughtfully sourced vintage, and elevated retail selections with enduring quality. Every room is crafted with intention, character, and a lived-in richness that feels both effortless and deeply personal.

  • Complete furnishings plan for each room

  • Procurement handled fully in-house

  • White-glove receiving and inventory management through our trusted warehouse partners

  • Coordination, delivery, installation, and styling from furniture placement to finishing details

  • All executed with the same care and oversight as our full-service design projects

Investment Note:
Whole-home furnishings begin at a six-figure furniture budget.
Single-room furnishing projects are available with a minimum furnishings investment.
