With the concept and budget set, we move into selecting the actual construction materials and finishes, furniture, and decor items that will bring the vision to life. In this phase, we guide the client through a story that unfolds as they uncover each room in their home. We consider the furniture plan and color palette early on to ensure cohesion and functionality within the built environment. From durable yet elegant flooring to heirloom-quality furniture, each decision balances personal style with practical needs. We explore materials and finishes together, visiting showrooms when necessary, to ensure everything aligns with the vision and expectations. We document and maintain all decisions for the contractors so they have a clear plan to execute once construction begins.
