The next step toward a well-designed, well-led project.

This in-home project intake meeting is a focused working session designed to assess your space, clarify your priorities, and determine the most appropriate level of support for your project.

Whether you are planning a remodel, furnishing a home, refining key areas, or exploring a larger transformation, this meeting allows us to evaluate the space in person and establish a clear foundation before any formal design work begins.

During the intake meeting, we will walk through the space, discuss your goals, priorities, timeline, and investment range, review functional needs and existing conditions, and gather the information needed to define the right project path. Measurements and site documentation may be taken as needed.

Following the meeting, I will recommend the most appropriate service for your project. Depending on the scope and level of support required, that may be either a flat-fee design package or a full-service engagement.

To proceed, complete payment through this page. You will then receive an email with a link to schedule your intake meeting at a time that works for you.

Project intake meetings are typically 1-2 hours. This fee is non-refundable and reserves dedicated time for on-site project assessment, scope clarification, and service recommendation.

If you move forward within 14 calendar days of the intake meeting, the full $600 will be credited toward your design engagement.

The intake meeting does not include design development, drawings, specifications, purchasing, contractor coordination, or budget estimating.
